Photos uploaded solely for matching with coaches are used exclusively for this purpose. We analyze these images to match you with appropriate coaches based on your goals and preferences. These photos are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as necessary for providing our services.

4.2 Arena Photos

If you choose to upload photos to the Arena, these images will be visible to other users of the App. You understand and consent to this visibility when uploading. Arena photos are used only for the Arena feature and are not repurposed for other uses without your explicit consent.

4.3 Data Retention

We automatically remove user images from our databases after 5 years from the date of upload. However, data may be removed sooner upon receiving and acknowledging a user request for deletion. You can request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us.

5. Chat Feature

Our chat feature allows you to communicate directly with coaches. Messages are encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers. We use chat data to:

  • Facilitate communication between you and coaches
  • Improve our matching and coaching services
  • Monitor for abusive behavior and ensure a safe environment

Chat messages are retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, typically up to 5 years, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud storage, analytics)
